I and family have decided to on for a vacation & I have already booked flight tickets also, but my my problem is I have an ID proof but my wife still does not hold any ID proof for other reasons might be due to her parents negligence as she from a village side , we got married four years ago. • Anshu says : Apartment Deed
Respected Sir, We purchased a new flat in Jun 2009 jointly with my husband and its registry + apartment deed was done in Jun 2009. We have taken the posession of the flat in 2010. Recently, we got all the documents from the builder and we noticed that there is a typing mistake in my surname in Apartment Deed document however my husband's full name is mentioned correctly ( he is second holder). My surname is mentioned as "Tondon" instead of "Tandon". I have not changed my surname after marriage so me and my husband has different official surnames. Though Index II page is written in Hindi and here the name is correct. SO I have below queries on this scenario: 1. Will this create problems in selling the flat in future 2. Is it necessary to go for correction deed? 3. Is there any other way to deal with this situation? Thanks

  • Ramesh Haritwal says : filing of criminal case
A man booked his dwelling house with a builder way back in 2004 by paying required advance amount. After enjoying the money for good six years the builder without fulfilling his commitment(could not maintain even single promise) in this period, can he use his discretionary powers to cancel the booking and refunding amount without suitable compensation and giving no reason for using his powers. Can the person file criminal cases against the builder ? If yes, under what sections ?
