    sir, i bought one mobile karbon k10 three months back.It having echo problem every time while speaking ..i have given repair for two times in the shop where i bought but stil i have echo problem in my mobile ..it have one year warranty but seller not get back the mobile & said we are not responsible for that.. sir, please give legal advise for the same....
