Thanks In Advance Brief History. 1) Builder A Pvt Ltd Co.sold me by sale deed a BASEMENT OR LOWER GROUND FLOOR NON RESIDENTIAL HALL SAPCE.. 2) FOR FEW GOVT WORK BUILDER ASKED ME TO GIVE GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY WHICH I MADE AND IT WAS REGISTRED IN BUILDERS PERSONELL CAPACITY. 3) FOR MY WORK I USED THIS FORCOLLATERAL IN BANK AFTER 3 YEARS I CLEAR THE LOAN AND BANK RETURNED ALL DOCUMENTS, 3) I CAME TO KNOW THAT BUILDER USING MY GPA HAS MADE A SALE DEED IN SOME ONE ELSE NAME .I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT IT AFTER 5 YEARS JUST NOW. 4) FRAUD IS BUILDER ( GPA HOLDER) SOLD IT INSTED OF A HALL IN BASEMENT -AS MIG FLAT WITH 2 BED/2BATH/ D/D AND LOACTION AS GROUND FLOOR INSTED OF BASEMENT OR L.GFLR PLEASE ADVICE. 1) WHAT ACTION I CAN TAKE TO CANCEL THIS DEED 2) NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN CREDITED TO ME. AT PRESENT ONLY A LOCK IS THERE . CONSTRUCTION IS AS IT IS AS I PUCHASED .

Please let me know there is a land in the name of my father and uncle (father's brother). After the death of my father, the namantran was done in the name of my mother and mine in place of my father's name. My uncle has issued a power of attorney to my mother for the sale on his behalf.My mother wants to do the registry in my name using that power of attorney. 1. Is it possible? Pls help us because the other persons are saying that registry is not possible in your name as your name is already in namantran. (land ka seemankan , batankan nhi hua hai.) 2. Can i purchase that part from my mother in the amount lesser than the government rate. Please guide SIR

a corporate giant has filed a civil defamation suit against me my editor and ceo. i have moved an application to open a mjc on several charges of perjury against plantiff no. 2 and have plans to get the suit dismissed on the grounds that the case is not maintainable because the four news reports drubbed libel was filed in wider public intrest soon after an incident of fire . I am a working journalist associated with a english news paper. could i file the application under order 7 rule 11 of CPC seeking dismissal of the suit because law has protected us from defamation in reports of public good and filed soon after any incident. We have also received international merit award for the reports from for CJI M K Lodha. kindly guide. i am representing the case in person.

Is TOPA ( Tenant opportunity to purchase act ) or RFR ( right of first refusal act ) is applicable for the tented properties in India specially in Kolkata, my landlord is going to sell one commercial shop room to a third party at a cost of Rs. 20 lacs and I am ready to buy the same but neither he is considering my proposal to sell off to me nor giving any written notice to intimate officially regarding proposed Transfer of title by means of sale agreement hence I am unable to give any written counter proposal to buy the same although I am ready to purchase it at his stipulated price. Please suggest course of action now and in future if he sells the shop room to third party ??? I have been paying monthly rent to the Ld rent controller of Kolkata municipal Jurisdiction and tenancy is governed by West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act 1997.
