Sir, I am Sr Citizen.Partition in land/a plot, After FDP,Final decree,EP,HC order if a person is not following any of the above what can I do? The person is younger brother have harassing attitude. Please guide to get stern action by the court in this/ what should I pray to the Hon Court? Guide me to get stern,quicker,economical way. I am 76 years, staying in rented house.being threatened by life.Please reply at deltasudhir@yahoo.com ...Regards.
