A flat was purchased in thane city of mumbai somewhere in 1989 in the name of my elder sister in law. Even though this property was purchased in single name, there was no partition between me and my brother at that time and both of our family resided in the said property. However after 2-3 years, he shifted to jaipur. We are still residing in the said property which is in the name of my sister in law.Moreover I have obtained a registered power of attorney in my son's name from her,who can now have control and possession over the said property by virtue of POA. our society is asking for leave and licence agreement between me and my sister in law. However according to me I am not the tenant but the caretaker and controller of the property 1. So my query is can society charge us Non occupancy charges? 2. For What period can society charge Non occupancy Charge. Can society charge Non Occupancy Charge from the period since my brother and in law left the property( This is to inform that in past society has never claimed or asked us to pay any non occupancy charges.) 3. Can Society levy any penalty on such dues?

the bank has taken our companys all immovable assets under its possession under the absence of company director or any authorized person.They also published the possession notice in the local news paper today. I am thinking to lodge a case against bank for the same. i have attached some of the facts which according to my belief will strengthen mine case at DRT. I havent filed the case so far. i request u all to please once go through mine facts and suggest me with your advises. Thanking you.

My mom has passed away recently. The whole property, funds, everything was given to my dad by my mom before she died. I was doing B.tech which has now stopped. My ID proofs and my certificates have been burnt by my dad who is going to marry again. He was in Army now retired. I have one sister. We are twins and 21 years old now. He says he don't know me and my sister and neither he would give any share from the property. Now I don't have anything to claim for the property neither for further studies. Her ID proofs are safe. We two are of nowhere now. Dad has got land in Kolkata under his name. Mom had her land in Faridabad, Haryana under her name. She transferred her property to Dad. Are we still eligible for any stake from the property ? What shall we do to claim for the property ?

1)-I have filed a civil suit of P.I. & Eviction,And produced colour digital photografs in support of suit.Wheither CD of such photografs couldbe exhibit at the time of evidence ["as compartivly Negetive of such photografs"]? (2)-Wheither CD of digital photografs comes in Preimer evidence of such photografs ? (3)-Indian Evidence Act 1972 Amended section-65A Describes CD of such photografs as preimer evidence ?
