Hi sir,need your suggestion, My wife residing in overseas,and my minor child in india under custody of my wife parents.we both left overseas in april 2015 on student visa and i am on dependent visa left 6months old child under custody of my wife parents Since my wife was adamant that the baby should be left behind only in the care of her parents, I could not do anything but meekly budge.I suggested to my wife that the child could be brought to overseas as my income was more than sufficient for me to run the family and further suggested that my parents could also come for help to look after the child . But my wife stubbornly refused and made it categorical that the child would only be in her parents’ house until she finishes her studies. I always felt that the child should not be deprived of the love and affection of its parents.I had no other go than to come back to India for the sake of my child, who is now in the danger of being not properly brought up by the parents of my wife. Sensing that I would get custody of my baby from her parents, my wife has master minded, schemed, plotted and given a false DV complaint in overseas and me the summons through court,however i sent a suitable reply to it. their parents not allowing me to see my baby. i have e-mail evidence send my wife stating child will be brought up only by her parents till the completion of her studies and that me or my parents shall not demand custody of the child or bring the child to overseas.planning to launch child custody case against my wife and their parents under guardians and ward act section 12 and 25. any suggestions to get my child back. she still resides in overseas.

Hello sir, We purchased a property in mumbai thane near by station,now due to some circumstances we will have to sell that property, but we have no oc, could you please guide us how much effect this in selling process and estimated how much amount we are paid less than the exact amount which should be , one more thing that building is 5 floor old building , recently renovated, its very urgent for us, we are in great need. your reply has been awaited. regards preet

Thanks In Advance Brief History. 1) Builder A Pvt Ltd Co.sold me by sale deed a BASEMENT OR LOWER GROUND FLOOR NON RESIDENTIAL HALL SAPCE.. 2) FOR FEW GOVT WORK BUILDER ASKED ME TO GIVE GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY WHICH I MADE AND IT WAS REGISTRED IN BUILDERS PERSONELL CAPACITY. 3) FOR MY WORK I USED THIS FORCOLLATERAL IN BANK AFTER 3 YEARS I CLEAR THE LOAN AND BANK RETURNED ALL DOCUMENTS, 3) I CAME TO KNOW THAT BUILDER USING MY GPA HAS MADE A SALE DEED IN SOME ONE ELSE NAME .I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT IT AFTER 5 YEARS JUST NOW. 4) FRAUD IS BUILDER ( GPA HOLDER) SOLD IT INSTED OF A HALL IN BASEMENT -AS MIG FLAT WITH 2 BED/2BATH/ D/D AND LOACTION AS GROUND FLOOR INSTED OF BASEMENT OR L.GFLR PLEASE ADVICE. 1) WHAT ACTION I CAN TAKE TO CANCEL THIS DEED 2) NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN CREDITED TO ME. AT PRESENT ONLY A LOCK IS THERE . CONSTRUCTION IS AS IT IS AS I PUCHASED .

Please let me know there is a land in the name of my father and uncle (father's brother). After the death of my father, the namantran was done in the name of my mother and mine in place of my father's name. My uncle has issued a power of attorney to my mother for the sale on his behalf.My mother wants to do the registry in my name using that power of attorney. 1. Is it possible? Pls help us because the other persons are saying that registry is not possible in your name as your name is already in namantran. (land ka seemankan , batankan nhi hua hai.) 2. Can i purchase that part from my mother in the amount lesser than the government rate. Please guide SIR

a corporate giant has filed a civil defamation suit against me my editor and ceo. i have moved an application to open a mjc on several charges of perjury against plantiff no. 2 and have plans to get the suit dismissed on the grounds that the case is not maintainable because the four news reports drubbed libel was filed in wider public intrest soon after an incident of fire . I am a working journalist associated with a english news paper. could i file the application under order 7 rule 11 of CPC seeking dismissal of the suit because law has protected us from defamation in reports of public good and filed soon after any incident. We have also received international merit award for the reports from for CJI M K Lodha. kindly guide. i am representing the case in person.
