Hello Sir, my name is Bimala Kumari and my religion is hindu. i have a query to ask you. it is related to my family property. hope you can help me out. my expired father had five daughter including me and no son. four of the daughter were married and one remained unmarried with my mother. since one of my married sister and her husband expired, their two son also lives with my mother along with my unmarried sister. now since they are grown up they use to see after my mother's family. my father had left almost 20 acres of land. now almost 5 acres of land were sold by my unmarried sister without notifying our remaining sisters. i want to ask you sir if we three married sisters have any legal rights to get any partition from the remaining land. seeking for your helpful reply... sir many day ago i write you about my fathers mact case.sir my father's accidented in near 2003 his left leg was not working not fold his leg. when he walked support with stick or walker. today 4 years ago he death as heart attack. his monthly income near 25000-30000.so how much money we claimed and allegable for this? answer me sir as per court we get 30000 for first time and made it f.d as rules.now our case is not on board so what we do sir? advise me....

'X' is a monthly tenant from the year 1974 in respect of 5110 sft non-residential premises in kolkata, West Bengal. The rent at the commencement of the tenancy was Re 1/- per sft ,i.e., the monthly rental was Rs. 5110/-. In 1991 'X' and the landlord mutually decided to increase the total rent to Rs. 11,000/- , i.e., by additional payment Rs. 5890/- nomenclatured as 'service charges'. Since then the 'X' has been paying Rs. 11,000/- per month. The Rent Control Act in West Bengal underwent changes in 1997. West bengal Tenancy Act 1956 was repealed and the the new Act, West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act 1997(ammenreded 2002) was enacted. The new Act set an outer limit (for rent) of Rs. 10,000/- for including a tenant under West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act 1997. My clarification are as follows: 1. Under which Act does the tenant presently come under? West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act 1997 or Transfer of Property Act or any other Act? 2. Assuming the tenant comes under Transfer of property Act: i) Can he be made liable to pay fair rental in the Courts. Market rentals have become as high as 100/- per sft in the building in which the tenant is situated. Is there any provision for fair rent revision under TP Act? What is the legal procedure for rent enhancement. Is a valuation report of an Court registered valuer required to be submited before the Court. ii) Can the lanlord file an ejectment suit under TP Act against the tenant by giving him 15 days notice without having any reasonable grounds?

I was given a gpa of a propert. based on that i entered into a sale agreement.now As both the parties to the gpa are no more , the property has fallen into dispute. now the purchaser wants to sue me. how far am i responsible

Hi Sir, One of my friend got married with his girl friend in 2006.but they were living seperately.after 6 months of their marraige she has got another rejistry marraige with another guy.and her father and she told my friend that please dont come in her life.now is 2010.they have no contact.we all are suggesting him to get another rejistry marriage.is this possible.please give any suggestion.
