Sir, My father's uncle gavehim some property gratitously on his name but my uncle are claiming it as HUF..plz suggest as there is no where written it is joint prop nor anything except my fathers name. i am law student which act would be applicable if i want to study this case.

hello sir i am from hyderabad...ihave an open plot in the city....the vendor of the plot given a agreement and position for us........later he registered the same plot for another persons....we r having only the agreement...we got registered in dist court...for that agreement and even got the permanent injuction...now the second person who got registered....is demanding money....as we r in position....he is extending the case...from 5 yrs....can we win the case...hw much time it takes....we have muncipal permition & electric bills for that
