Dear sir, I want to marry my father's uncle's daughter's daughter. can this marriage be held through court marriage. i saw the Act, it is not within prohibited relation, nor from father side nor from mother side.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, Nainital HC ordered stay on d proceedings of labor court without hearing the respondent despite objections filled. Is there any chance that HC judge who stayed proceedings, lift the stay? Should we (a)wait for the bench to be changed (c) or approach CJ of HC to redirect the case to other bench (b) or approach SC and challenge the HC stay order. Please Not:the respondent here is poor and can not afford expenses.any help would be greatly appreciated

I live in Kanauj (U.P.). In 2011 my father died without writing any will. I am married and my brother doesn't want me to acknowledge my father property. During recent interaction with lawyers at kanauj i came to know that daughters who married before 2005 does not have any rights in self acquired father's agricultural land. Please help. I just need to know whether I can claim partition in those agricultural land or not?

Hi Raj, Happy new year Need help regarding email notice from MTS lokadalat.In the year of 2012 i was using mts data card(in Bangalore).In a month of march they changed the plan and i got a bill of 3000.I called them around 20 times but no use send a mail to cust care.Still no use.I sent a mail saying to settle my issue and activate the service.But no one called me or replied me.After 3.5 years i received the notice to come to Bangalore and i am in Hyderabad.i want this issue to be resolved and i can not go to bangalore just because of this.Any i sent a reply email to them saying i can only give you my montly charges of 1000.I need help can o ignore this as it is just email.if i have to contact lokadalat /what is process ?. Can i shift this to hyd?Can i make a petition on them?

My Friend wife left her husband and start living separately , she took her 4 yr old son along with her . She has not filled any case yet and not even she is agreeing for divorce . She want to live without husband and with child but not willing for divorce . Nor She is allowing her husband to meet child , whenever father ask to meet him she says that she will file criminal case in police What should husband do to meet his child ? How can husband take divorce from her ? How can husband safe guard himself , since she is living alone since more than 6 months now ?
