Hi Sir, I am planning to purchase a land in and around Hyderabad from a private landowner (On his company name) who has divided his land into plots of 267 and 400 sq yards. It comes under GP layout and may not have any approval from any of the competent authority. He is assuring me that he will get this land registered on my name and there is no litigation and can go ahead with construction, there are other ventures surrounding this venture. He also provided me with the copy of linked document, can i buy this plot? and what are the things to keep in mind while purchasing the plot and after purchasing the plot.

There was a Govt land surrounded by our land and our parterner land.Our parter mother was alloted a patta in 1971 but our parter could not allot land as it was under possession of third party.Now after getting possession of land an application was moved by parterner to alot patta to his mother.NOC was given to partener with a verval understanding that the alloted land will be divided among both the parteners.Now as land has been alloted to him and he has refused completely to give /share alloted land.Now we wish to cancel allotment so that position of land remains as it was earlier. Hi Sir, my self Fazel. I'm from hyderabad . I got married in the year 2011 in the month of 17th November. I got married to my girl friend. We both used to work in the same company. When I got married we both used to have good understanding in between us .but after 3 month of our marriage my wife started misbehaving with me and my parents and she left my place on 17th Feb 2012.her dad called me and demanded 10lacs rupees from me or else they will file dowry 498 A on me . I almost waited for 1.6 years I have return their furniture and all electronic items. They gave him 1 lac rupees cash when I got married. I did not return that but now her dad need 10 lacs from me and he told that my wife does not want to come and live happy married life with me. I spoke to my wife 2 to 3 times over the phone and convinced her many times to come back to my place. but she told me that she will not be coming coz she does not want to stay with me. in the year 2013 Oct i filed RCR and they got the notice from me to attend the court. soon in the year 2014 June 14th they filed 498A on me my elder brother dad and my mom saying that they we all used to beat their daughter and took 14lacs cash from them. In 498 A case they filed all false statements saying that I did not return their furniture and all electronic items I have the proves Sir and they also took a fake medical corticated from Osmania hospital saying that I used to drink and beat her so she got admitted in the hospital. Now my current case situation in Civil court Hyderabad is im done with the counseling twice she told she does not want to come. and i'm also attending 498 A hearing. every 2 months. my Civil case is about to end in 6 months. So can you please let me know did I take the right step by filing RCR 1st. Please advise me.

Sir, my brother's why Took Ex-Parte Divorce Decree without proper serving summons(NRI Husband) and remarried. after 5 years later she went to family court and got exparte on husband's property without serving summons properly(NRI Husband) by hiding her present remarried status... just mentioned that she already taken divorce so give the property to her. judge never allow anyone (lawyer or GPA). she already sold the property by showing ex-parte decree. how long this ex-parte decree valid? is there any way to get back my brother's property. since she filed false affidavit.
