Dear sir, Iam vijay, i was in a house for seven months for rent and paid 30,000 rs as advance in the begining. when i left the house the house owner returned me just 13,000 rs from my advance , citing various false reasons.iam deeply hurt by this. my house owner is also a women lawyer , as i have lost my rental agreement copy iam not able to do any thing. please guide me sir? with regards vijay

Dear Sir, Please advice/guide me regarding the following case. My wife has left me and went to her parental house six months back and lodged a wrong 498A case on me. I had failed to make herunderstand her parents intentions but anyhow finally she got realised recently and willing tocomeback to me. But however her parents dont want her to join back to me and creating obstacles everywhere (Please note that i live in delhi & my inlaws arein kolkata. Currently my wife along with my two children is residing at her parents house). Recently yesterday, they again created onemore scene mentioning that since the case is going on, she cannot leave kolkata and has to clear the case (Along with me which means i have to go to kolkata to clear the case) if she wants to lead her life with me. Now the issue is,since last six months, i have been visiting my inlaws house to meet my wife & children and recently i had came back from kolkata on 1stmarch.Also as i am working ina private organization and since i have exceeded my leaves for the period, i will not get any more leaves and moreover i am financially stuck due to the cases as i have lost everything since last six months only due to travelling (From delhi to kolkata & Vis-Vis). Please advice me a solution where the ends can meet in delhi without myself forcing to go to kolkata (I mean if there is any wayout where i can settle the mater in delhi court). Looking forward your your valuable suggestion ASAP.

has taken all her stridhan and the entire thing she had and will have no demand anymore also stated in that settlement that she was not having understanding with her husband hence she will leave if she is given Rs 5lakh The deal which we made was in a stamp paper but in that stamp paper it is not mentioned “before the notary public..”.

Sir, One man in the year 1984 prepared a forged GPA in his name and SPA in the name of his wife of my father, and got the same registered in the registered office Gurgaon with the help of bogus witnesses. He was trying to sell our property, my father came to know so he lodged a police complaint and an FIR was lodged in 1985 against the said person. The case is still pending in the police record as untraced. I have given the address of this person but police had not taken any action in this case till date. My father died in the year 2005 Now in the year 2010 this man again came and filed a case in the court of sub judge for injunction on the bases of WILL of my deceased father. The WILL is of the same date of the same period 1984 and same attesting witnesses those are on the GPA and SPA. All the documents are the in serial number like 1,2,3, and bearing the same signature. After the death of my father for almost 5 years he said he just came to know about the death and he has the will and the legal heir of the deceased has no right on the property I have lodged a complaint to the police but they are not taking any action Sir my question is when for the two document my father had lodged a FIR and said that signatures on GPA & SPA are forged then how is it possible that the third document WILL is genuine I need your advise what can I do.
