I was associated in one partnership firm from 01-04-2004 and got retired from that firm on 23/03/2007. After my retirement firm was continued by remaining two partners. I retired with all prescribed legality which include retirement deed, paper notice etc. after almost 6 years one financier has filed a cheque bounce case (sc138) on 13-03-13. He made existing firm accused with two current partners and me. He also manage to forge sing of mine on cheque. I am not aware of any kind of transaction with this financier as it may took place after my retirement. Now i am facing case under S138. What should be my stand and is any problem due to this?

Husband was abusing in front of the court counsellor during the counselling in divorce hearings. The counsellor was silent and just said Its not my area to comment. Please advise If I can file a complaint or an whether an NC will help ? FIR is already there but still my husband abuses me. HE has bribed our honest police officers.

me and my wife retired from one partnership firm(patna , bihar ) in exchange of 21 PDC cheques of amount 62 lakh . the retirment deed is simple deed in which they agreed to pay our invested amount and after that we have no control over this deed or any liabilities on firm .but two other continouing partners are not cleaing my cheques and not coming to 138 criminal case in pune court . the partnership business is runing very good . now my question is on civil case which i want to put in patna court on that partnership firm for recovery of money but civil cases will run for many years. so can i get court order to close that partnership firm shop on which they are earning losts of money by saying that this firm cheated us and this partnership firm from which we retired and not recived single rupees ??? if i can close that shop i hope that they will pay my money so is it possible to first stop that shop from running and recover my money in court process ????

I got married on 17/7/2013.my wife employed in state govt & myself in central govt. she has made a false complain in 01/3/2015 in local police station that i m harrasing her since I was posted in jabalpur & she was posted at Ujjain.i went to police Family mediation centre at ujjain where they have tried to reconcillation but my wife stated that she doesn't want to stay with me and seeks divorce. 2) Now, she has again file DVA 2005 DIR report without being heard to me seeking her belongings to be returned back to her 3) i filed RCR sec -9 in 23/5/2015 in which she has not appeared in court after repeatedly giving the notice. In between, she has again given her statement in front of SP Ujjain that she doesn't want to stay with husband. 4) Finally I filed divorce suit u/s 13 HMA in 24/8/2015 in which no w/s has came so far whereas mediation process failed. Now my query is :- a) can i get divorce since we are fighting on the above mentioned her two statement & cruelty charges b) Is she eligible to get any compensation u/s 24 HMA & 125 u/s Crpc since she is a permanent employees of MP state govt.
