    sir,my sister d.o.b 23-01-2005.her age is 16 she went out of our house 2 months back ,our parents registered a complant saying kidnap.now she is cot by police she says that "i wiil stay with my husband"to the police.C.I says we cannot handover the girl to parents because she is not willing to stay with them.she handed her to the husband send them back to home.we love our sister a lot we like to take her home because guy who married is a 7th class fail guy, he make's sprite at his home, he has many cases on him.his father has a murder case his younger brother too have.they warned to kill me and my father to.but my sister is not under standing all this we want her back she is 16 years old a minor help me sir.

    Sir, We have purchased a flat 9 years ago. The building is 14 years old. the builders has expired without dong the apartment deed. In this case to whom does the terrace, Open Space and parking belong? To the flat holders or builders heirs or to the owner of the land. Does the builder have a right in his Will to give it to his sons? Now the builders sons are not allowing the flat holders to use the terrace, in this case what should the flat holders do?
