Sir, I am sorry to ask you this kind of question which are not related to LAW, Sir, My father brought a property from High court auction(a market), afterword’s some legal issue happing with that market, we have our family business that’s why my father can't give much time to this case ,he gave non registered power of attorney to his one friend, that friend take the advantage and when my father want to take all the power from his hand, than he showing a deed which are showing that my father sold the property to him, my father filed few cases against to him like one criminal case, one civil case. My father was expired four years ago, now I am looking after all the cases, but now it's not affordable for me so I need to sale this property as it's now, so please guide me if you know any way-out...please it's very imprinted for me...

sir, my father had suit for an partition in 2006 against his brothers in ancestral proferty... the case is pending now .. so can i have enterered on thet case as (LR)...so can i have get equal share of an ancentral proferty that my legitimet brothers got... or can i have only get share in potions of my fathers share ( so please tell me how the ratio is to be devided)

hi, my name is santosh....my father have two wifes.... iam son of second wife.. my father dont have any self owning property....but have an ancentral proferty of 8 crores (market valu)... my father died two months ago without writing any will... so recently suprem court bench ruled that illegitement child can have equail right to ancentral property that of legitement child... so i want to know that can i get my grand fathers proferty.......... please reply

I have filed 10 complaints under section 138 of NI Act in the court as well as also filed an FIR under section 420 of IPC against the same party for the same cause of action after filing of 138 Complaints. will both cases survive at the same time or not?
