I want to give GPA to cancel the buy agreements done by me and to apply for the utility services to my existing properties India. The contents of the POA will be as follows: That my said Power of Attorney Holder is authorised to sign and present Buy- Deed, Agreement to Buy or Confirmation Deed or Cancellation Deed or Cancellation of any previously done Registered/Un-Registered Buy Agreements or any Deed or Document for Registration before Sub-Registrar/Registrar or any other Competent Authority, to enter into Agreement for Buy, Grant the Receipts, to sign documents, Agreements, Applications of all sorts, forms, transfer applications and other required statements and papers, to do each and everything in connection with the Registration of the Buy-Deed or any other Deed or Agreement on behalf of me in India. That my said power of Attorney holder is authorised to file application to get new electric power supply connections to my properties in India from Tamil Nadu Electricity Board regarding their electric service, to ask for / obtain the receipt of the same, to apply for additional quota of electricity / higher electricity power, to give application, affidavit, bond, declaration etc. in the same concern, to deposit the amount of estimate in the same concern, to receive the amount of refund in the same concern, to receive and give receipt of the same concern, to apply for change / alter the electric meter, to give written objection to the same authority and to do each and everything in connection with the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board on behalf of me. Hello sir,I am having 1 query about the right after having power of attorney. My father purchased one land.The amount of money had been given to actual owner. My Father is dead,due to some financial issues we tried to sell that land. half of the land is on my fathers name, before he take the rest of land on his name he died.We have power of attorney of remaining on my Father's name. When we asked for signature from the original owner of land to get the land on my Mothers name , he is again demanding money for the pending land.My father has already given him all money. Please suggest the way from this.

sir i am having a plot in Taloja MIDC from last 21years when we purchased this plot from MIDC there where curtain rules which we have to follow. we have to leave passage on both the side of our plot for tree plantation if we dont follow their rules we dont get BCC cleared but now a day people have started building the both side passage and have given on rent but in our agreement it is clearly written that we cannot use that place for factory use so sir please help me out what can be the legal action we can take on them hope i will get your reply

Hello All, My wife belongs to BC (vellalar), while I am SC, My question is, After marriage can she avail my SC reservation quota for State / Central Govt exams? and entitled to apply for competitive exams? still her Community certificate in BC category. we need to get new community certificate?
