    Sir, I had a case with Bank wherein Bank had sanctioned CC limit to me But was charging higher interest as per Term Loan.A complaint was filled in DCC. The president observed and concluded that interest is to be charged as per rate in the CC limit but in the operative while giving directions to the Bank, did not mention the word "CC Limit". Can we give application to the DCC to clarify the Order. I shall be really obliged if any citation is given Thanx Nanda

    i was convicted and sentenced in cbi bribe case in lower court few years back. after that i put the case in high court and same has been accepted but no hearing has started till date. last to last year they started departmental enquiry but before getting the result they have given me dismiisal notice from service few days back.what should i do as i m only a year due for retirement, pls suggest?

    sir we facing too much problem with our neighbor for common paasage so in brief pls read my query.In short i want your suggestion Sir i just want to confirm taht shoud we take below stap against her, 1) take a one stamp paper and in fornt of advocate or any perosn call all committe member and that ledy and take written down that " this is ca common floor and no body own this, futher this matter come again society & will companste to us for same" becouse society commitee are incapable to take decisions.
