Dear Sir, I,Chandini a daughter is one of the legal heir to my family consisiting of my younger brother.Our parents died in 2009 without leaving a will.I understand that according to Hindu Succession Act 2005, I am entitled for a share of the property.I love my brother & donot want to strain relations with him. Can I relinquish my rights on the property by issuing a NOC favouring him. Pl advice with quotes of relevant rule or sub rule or any HC/SC Judgements purpoting my stance. sir wife has wihdrawn money from the joint account during her stay while i was abroad. she left home with his brother and filed 498a and has stated in complaint and family court she was never paid any money for her needs because of this family court held me responsible for cruelty and desertion even she is not ready to join matrimonial home. now i got the copies of cheque through rti. how can i file my rebut or complaint so as to build the pressure as her adamnt demand of money for settlement is out of my pocket. since i lost job and passport since 2005 and trail has not started. i want to make a complaint fir pls suggest me. on false complaint of 498a i lost my carrier and running for courts in last 6 years. maintenence is granted 3500/- p.m to be paid frm 2005 even being jobless remarked as able bodied person and wife accepted in cross she had worked. both side no evidence of income.

Mr. Makkad, I want to know in case of criminal proceeding of 420/406 on a goverment servant, can the court order the decree of bank accounts if the person receive the gratuity/pf etc. Please advise.
