I worked for a company for 12 mths from Aug 2009 to sept 2010. My PF used to get deducted form my salary every mth. The company is now closed. They have given me the PF statemene but I wish to my whether thay have deposited the amount is my PF account or not. When I checked with Regional PF office in Chennai, they informed me that the data ia avlb only upto 2008. Nor they have given me the Form 16 My queries are as below; 1. How will I come to know the amount in my PF account and whether the company was depositing the money every mth in my PF accountof not? 2. What action I can take if the company does not give the Form 16 ?

I have a firm out of India. I hired a person from India. His trip duration is 3 yrs but he didn't stay there for even a month and he started pretending that he is not well his parents promised us they will refund us the cost of all expense we have done wich is equal to INR 200000/- in installments and that we must send there son back we have booked a ticket for him which according to the terms in appointment letter he was supposed to pay for, but we were scared he might do something to himself so we did it for him as his parents didn't have any money. that guy has signed an appointment letter agreeing to all terms and conditions and it had this thing stated that if he does not complete his trip and return he has to pay INR.200000/- his parents said they can write on a Rs. 100 stamp paper also that they will return the money to us. but this guy is saying he will tear the copy of appointment he has. What should we do? should we ask his parents to write on the stamp paper will it be valid --- a hand written statement on stampaper? if he tears the copy of the appointment letter he has signed cant we sue him if he doesn't refund the amount to us based on the original copy of his appointment letter? if i let them write on a stamp paper who alls signatures will I need? And will it be valid enough? please help!

sir, i would like to know one thing .. my salary is 15k per month n my husband take ma entire salary n gives to his mum .. n tell me to ask him money every day ... i have to beg him money daily... is thr any law as to this ... wut he is doing is an offence ... plz tell me

I am not a agriculturist nor any one from my family is. But i still what to buy an agricultural land in karnataka. I have no intension of converting the land to residential or something else. Basically plan to generate revenue from agriculture(banana, cashew, coconuts etc etc ). May be a small income initially but i think it wold work well in future. I know in as per rules in karnataka its not possible if not an agriculturist. Let me know what can i do to be eligible. I would be needing loan as well. I would be planning to pay off the loan from my salary.
