Sir, i am living in delhi, belongs from a village in himachal pradesh. We have a dispute regarding the sewage and drainage water with our neighbour. The circumstance are that, our newly constructed house rain sewage have to go from the land of our neighbour because the location is such that there is no alternative. But due to personal reasons the neighbors don't let us to proceed, that is a very unfortunate to us and our house. At the personal level we try to convey him and even we tried to settle this dispute with our gram panchayat but neighbors are not interested to listen any one. Now I want to ask you that there is some legal option from the Court which give me permission to make underground drainage and sewage through neighbor's land and also to permit boundaries withing the surroundings of my house.

Hello Sir, I have purchased a property in 2007 and constructed a house with all due approvals (Building plan, EB, Water & Sewage) and also I have taken a Home loan. Later I came to know through a legal notice from the welfare association of that locality, that this property was earmarked for public purpose in the development plan dated 1987. However upon detailed inquiry, I got to know the following facts. 1. The said development plant was only technically approved by the Planning authority. 2. It was not approved by the Local panchayat or collector or anyone. 3. It was not published in the govt gazette. 4. Still date the Panchayat has made any marks or sign of public property by way of public boards or so. 5. All the sites were converted in plots and sold by the owner's to various buyers like me. Can you let me know whether this legal case would stand valid. Also appreciate if you could help me with some case references. Kind Regards Navamani

Hi I m working with a KPO company.I have entered into a bond agreement with company for 2 years of 2 lacs.It is not on stamp paper.There is no bank gurantee.Its on general company letter head.The bond mentions amount to be paid to company as liquidated damages.Bond conatains the clause that it is compensation not penalty(Company is charging this because they have spent on training etc).I haven't attended in any training till now and haven't engaged on any live project.I have been there for 1 month nine days(since 6 th June 2011) and taken the salary for the first month..Due to medical reasons i can't proceed furthur with my job as i need rest.Plus i m not comfortable with the job.I dont want an experience or reliving certificate.Would this bond create a problem if i want to leave this job. Please reply as soon as possible Would be heartly grateful.. Anonymous

I have been married for the past 3 1/2 years now. A month back I learned about the Infidelity in my marraige and that my husband has been cheating on me for the past 1 1/2 years. I have gone through immense trauma and depression because of all this. I have been going through all this even before I learnt about the Infidelity as I knew that something was terribly wrong. And now it is even worse. So can I file a case against the other woman who was in his life on account all the torture and depression I am going through? currently I am with my husband.Please advice.
