I joined my existing company (Private company) on 13-Oct-2006 and will be relieved on 1-Aug-2011 as resignation. I served the company for 4 years 9 months 18 days.. Am I eligible for availing Gratuity ? What is the exact duration criteria for gratuity ? In which amendment the duration is specified?

Dear sir /mam Myself Prasanta karmakar.i am tenant of let misses Paribala dasi last 50 year .she was death before sixty year but last 50 year rent collect from me Mr. Narayan debnath .He says he is the land lord of this land .Actually have no relation let misses Paribala dasi with Mr. Narayan debnath.Mr Narayan debnath says let misses paribala dasi is my mother. If it right then his name is Narayan DEBNATH and his mother name is Misses Paribala DASI after marriage .How it possible .That men Mr Narayan debnath is ford. My query is, I want to purchased/lies for 99 year this land from kolkata Municipal Corporation. Please advice me it’s possible or not .If it’s possible then what are I doing now please tell me. Sir please advise me on about a cheque which is issued single leave by the Bank how can they issue and what are the rules for issuing a single leave. actually my case is, one my friend's colleague has an account in the same Bank where my colleague has and both r partners by doing contracts. and managing the one of Bank official he took a single cheque from the a/c of my colleague this is the fact i know and filed a cheque bounce case against my colleage sir please advise me on this aspect how can my friend come out from this issue. i need a case law also on this aspect. Respected members ,we are electricity distribution company ltd we gave a contract for maintanance to shri balaji pvt limited .one contractors employee died due to elecrical accident.the above contractor insured deceased employee under Employee state insurance my question is whether dependant of deaceasd is entital for compensation under workman compensation Act Act .As per section 61 of Employee state insurance Act61. Bar of benefits under other enactments. 61.
