Devender says : Regarding Passport
Hell Sir, My name is Devender Singh. I want to Apply for a Passport but the problm is my name on Xth Certificate. It is wrongly spelt as DAVINDER SINGH instead of DEVENDER SINGH. This is coz my dad has a stammering and lisp problm...when he says Devender it sounds as Davinder. My 12th and Degree certificates have my correct name as Devender Singh. Also my Pan card has Devender Singh. Pls advise how can i obtain a passport.

Sir I am an employee of an leading organisation n working in frontline sales deptt. As i was the top performer in my team of 7 TSM.but now my boss is asking me to resign n he told me that if i did not resign then he will terminate me. sir pl guide me that wt to do in these circumstances as i have no other offer in my hands at present. Dear sir, I was appointed as a contract employee in a GOVT STATE PSU, through Paper Notification in 2006. In 2009, Govt has given permission to fill some posts with some procedure. Out of that posts, the company has absorbed my services as Asst.Manager in 2009 dec by considering 3 years of services. For the reminaing posts, they have selected thru paper notification. As on date i have completed 1 year 7 months as a regular employee. Now our orgnaisation has sent my appointment to Government for ratificatiton. If Govt.will not ratify my regular appointment and instruct the Corporation stating that it is irregular appointment, what can i do in that situation. will i succeed by challenging in the COurt. Please respond. with regards M Chandra

Respected sir , m adopted son of an unmarried woman (60yrs) she is legally my mother . i got my passport with her name on the base of my court's decree ... in that decree sheet i am declared to be the adopted son of this unmarried woman and for all purposes with effect from today and all my ties with my natural father mother shall be deemed to be severed and replaced by those created by the adoption in the adoptive family . further , i am at liberty to changemy records/certificates accordingly. so .. m now legally the adoptive son of my unmarried mother .. and with the help of this decree from court i got passsport also with the name of my adoptive mother . bt sir now the problem is this .. either i cn get my birth certificate with my natural father mother's name or i cn get birth certificate also with my adoptive mother's name and if yes then what will be the father's name in my birth certificate ? sir plzz reply me as soon as possible for this i will be very thankful to you .
