Dear Sir, Managing Director of our company has proposed that he wants to pay 20% Bonus on monthly basis (with disbursement of salary). His motive is to attract new talent by increasing their cash in hand per month. He wants to pay as per latest amendment i.e. on limit of 7000. Now he has sought legal opinion from me whether we can pay 20% on monthly basis or we can only pay 8.33% on monthly basis. Please give your valuable advice on this matter. Regards, Avinash Kumar

Respected Learned Members In MSEDCL a public limited company,one Assistant Engineer abscond from the duties without any intimation to the employer in year 2011.The employer ie MSEDCL is fails to take any action against the absconding employee such as Show cause notice,Dismissal,Issuing Charge sheet,Termination etc.The absconding employee is still is on payroll of Employer only Status- payment Stop.Now the absconding employee appears in year 2016 ie after 5 years and claim employment.the question is whether absconding employee is entitle for employment,what about back wages? Thanks in advance. The urgent reply will be Highly appritiated

Greetings to All!! Query:- (Mr A) holds a property jointly purchased along his two brothers(Mr B and Mr C) in 1975. In year 1994 mr B expired who was just a sleeping owner with no possession and to title in the premises except his name in the sale deed. Since In 1994 Mr.B expired and since mr. A was in the possession of the constructed factory in the premises,mr C also gave the power of attorney to mr A as he was also not involved in any affairs related to the titled land. however in year 2007 widow of mr B filed a suit against Mr A claiming the share in the land as legal heirs of the deceased (Mr B). Please confirm is his suit admissible?as the land was jointly held (jointly tenancy) How strong is the case of Mr A. regards

Respected Sir, I have applied for private medical sick with my organization(central) and was undergoing treatment. It has been 3 months. Now my office people have issued a letter to me asking me to get treated at government railway hospital and get sick from there. whereas I am not at all interested with this. I am getting treated at a expert and a family doctor of mine. and also my house is located more than 8 kilometers from government doctor(as per rules). I want to take sick leave even for LOSS of salary till I get cured completely. COuld you please assist me how should I reply to office people ? Is it mandatory for government employees to get treated with government doctors only ? Can't they get treated and take sick certificate from private doctors ? Please guide me how to reply to my office. I want to take sick till I get finally cured.
