Sir , please help I work as an Inspector(Grp-B officer) in Central Government and am 5 months pregnant at present . I am suffering from various prenatal complications in my pregnancy . I applied for leave with MC on 3.8.2011 (MC by AMA)and next day onwards i.e.4.8.2011 , there was a strike called by Group C & D employees' union. Due to severe problems I could not travel to office I was assigned charge ,which was 150 Km away from my HQ.On persistant requests also higher officers didnot pay heed to my genuine request and also didnot convey me any message in this regard till today i.e.24.8.2011. On 3.8.2011 , I was admitted to a private hospital and doctor has adviced me to be on continued bed rest for another 15 days i.e. from 18.8.2011 onwards again. Now, my post has been relocated to another city and I am directed to immediately shift the office and attend duty failing which office will consider entire period as unauthorized absence apart from disciplinary action. At present , It is nowhere possible for me to shift my location due to my husband being posted in same city ,my home being here and my first child to be just two years old. Also, no much medical facilities are available in that city. Please tell , 1. is there any rule which abide my office to have at least intimated me or should have corresponded me regarding denial /approval of leave? 2. Is there any deadline for leave saanctioning authority to ask for second medical opinion? 3. Even on timely submission of documents and genuine problem am I liable for unauthorized absence or disciplinary action ? Please guide and help

Sir, I got married in Jan 2011. On my golden night I discovered that my wife has conjoinal breast i.e. both breasts are joined together leaving no cleavage. Such very rare disorder is known as "symmastia" in medical science. On further enquiring she confessed that she also had an operation of uterus removing two big fibroids. This operation was conducted before marriage & after engagement. she also confessed that all this was concealed from me & my parents in her fathers pressure. Further she signed an affidavit confessing her wrongs and declaring our marriage ends. But as her father came to know of this affidavit he threatened me of false 498a. My wife then left my house to her parents in May 2011. Then I filled a petition in Family court so as to declare our marriage voidable. The summons have been received by my wife but she has not appeared in court yet. Two hearings have passed every time her advocate presents leave application to shift the dates. Now pls advise me that if she says in the court that she had told me everything before marriage, would court believe on the documents I have like all medical documents her confession letter & the affidavit or mere her saying. Her father has just retired from the district Court & he knows all loops.

I have few queries with scenario described, as under: I got married to a girl on 19-Sept-2010, wherein we stayed together for around 1.5 months, I was employed overseas so had to move to rejoin my job abroad. When I left abroad my wife was at her father's residence. She came back after a month. After returning I was continuously mentally tortured by my in law with one or other ways. one over phone I decided to put in front of my wife and questioned her as, when such behavior would stop. She accepted mistake was from her mom and she conveyed the same to her parents. Her parents now started process to bring her back and in meantime one of her cousin expired, so my parents with my wife went to my in-laws place, She got missing, and when enquired it was found that she was with her cousin who fled her. A complain was lodged in police station where he appear with my father in law and forced to withdraw the complaint. My in laws declared that they have taken KHULA (without my consent) and said as in case of talaq only 3 words dissolves marriage, same can be done in khula and it does not require any consent from husband. They have sent some notices from court to my Indian address, were I was not staying and notices went back. They have no document in evidence to such self-proclaimed khula. I discussed same with my father in law but he threatened me for life, that if I dare to oppose them in their decision. Now on 6th Oct she is being married with the same cousin who sort of kidnapped her and manipulated her. I also came to knew that they already had an affair(one sided from her cousin) before our marriage. I have decided to file petition for this, can someone please help me understand the charges that can be filed for marrying a married girl. Also to mention she was approx. 17 years at time of our marriage and she is still 17 years until 6th oct. Please help me understand the same with legal prospective in terms of Indian laws. sir we are in a problem that my uncle's wife and her family do a fake case against us of dowry. they need money from us they are torturing us from last three years and now they do that we need guidance from you that how we get rid of it please help us this is very urgent we are a joint living in a same home but we are living separetely please reply as soon as possible and we are a medium class family and not able to fulfill there demands
