Here is a complete list of details about who lived in a room which comes under pagdi system IN 1980: My Granma, my dad and his 4 sisters and my Granpa(rent receipt was on his name) IN 1985: TWO of my dads SISTERS got MARRIED IN 1990: My granpa, granma, dad and his 2 SISTERS and my MOM IN 1992: My granpa expired and then there lived my Granma,my dad and his 2 sisters and my mom and ME(born in 1991) DURING 1995 and 1998: Other two sisters of my dad got married. FROM 1998 ONWARDS: My granma, my dad, my mom and me IN 2001: My granma, mom, dad and i, shifted to NAVI MUMBAI, but my dad used it as home because it was difficult to travel everyday. IN 2008: My DAD EXPIRED. During this period the RATIONING CARD included names of my dad,mom,granma and me. After dads death my granma decided to stay with her daughters. IN 2009: My and my moms NAME WAS DROPPED from Rationing card WITHOUT OUR PERMISSIONS The rationing card was then submitted to landlord and Electric board. Despite we giving a notice from advocate to the landlord the room was transfered to only my Granmas name. AND WE WERE CHEATED We filed a case against this in small causes court and also attached all income tax, telephone bills,etc and cout gave a quite fair decision. Now the builder has declared SLUM over there and he says that only my granma holds rights not us in property. Do we hold rights in property. if yes then what should we do further.

Dear Sir, I am amit kaushik from gurgaon, My wife join as Haryana Govt. Science teacher in Jan. 2009. She takes Child care leave for 3 months in 2010 on behalf of my elder son who is 4 years old now. After a short break she joined the school and later took 6 month maternity leave. In that time she born a sweet baby on 18 jan. 2011 and rejoin the school on 28 june 2011. Now the thing is that as we husband and wife are living alone in gurgaon & both of us are working. So there is no one to keep caring of my six month baby and second thing my elder son often needs medical treatment because of asthma. But Principal stirtcly denied for leave and when we appeal to higher authority (D.E.O) we did't get any suitable answer. In this situation what should we do. Please advice Thanks

Dear Sir, My wife is a haryana govt. science teacher. we have a 7 month old baby. So she wants to take child care leave but the school principal & other higher senction authority not allowed her. Can we go for trial in such case. Please help. amit kaushik

Dear sir, I filed for one day custody of my child on his b'day to celebrate it in an orphanage. my divorce cASE IS STILL PENDING. The judge has given me permission to meet me child for 2 hours on weekends.The last time I went , My wife created a scene so I filed court of contempt. I have gvn all the proofs to the jugde but she has gvn me only 2 hours to meet my son at my wife's mother;s house .She (judge) has instructed me to celebrate my son's bday alone on the roof of my wife's maternal house from 10 am to 12 noon . Please tell me is it a reasonable decision ?? my parents are not allowed to go nd meet their granson

Thank you so much sir for replying . Actually , the post has been redeployed after my being on leave . Leave was applied from 3.8.2011 onwards and memo for redeployment has been issued on 19.8.2011, If I am on continuous medical leave for which I have already submitted the documents/MC in advance ...I am liable to disciplinary action. I am not in a position to travel or sit only for longer hours then how can I take responsibility of shifting office as well? Please guide further...i will be obliged .
