Sir, I was working with PSU. In 2014 I have joined central govt service (group B post)after my selection through interview conducted by SSC. I submitted my experience certificate at the time of interview wherein my pay scale was mentioned. I was granted lien on my post in PSU for 2 years. But when I applied for pay protection benefits, the same was denied stating that SSC has to recommend for pay protection benefits. Total 18 candidates were selected and a common recommendation was sent by SSC. Sir, I have been denied pay protection benefit for no fault of mine. Please guide me so that I can get pay protection benefit. Regards Rakesh

Sir, I am working as a Tax Assistant in Central Excise Mumbai I and my wife is working as a teacher in Basic Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh which is a state government job. As I have recently joined joined and is under probation. From you I would like to know whether it is possible to get transferred to home state if I am still under probation

We have co Operative Society of 344 flat. One of the member complaint to tdr about fraud of rs. 1800/- eight hundred only. We (chairman) had completed some plumbing work and given advance of 1800 to plumber for next work. But as work was canceled so he paid back it by cheque. Now member complaint it as fraud. Tdr ordered for enquiry under sec 88. Appointed adv (enquiry officer) demanded rs.10,000. As advance and rs.20,000 later. I want to know what amount enquiry office can charge.now This case is in front of minister. Please tell the act exactly.

Sir, I have sold a landed property of 100 decimal and purchased a 300 decimal , both done on same day . My plot is sold to other 3 . Her plot is under forgery sale ( it was already sold ) . The documents were checked , but power of attorney was believed to be true to purchase 300 decimal . I paid only an extra amount of Rs 5 lakhs by self cheque with a plain paper agreement . Now a civil suit is pending and the chitter is under ABLAPL from High Court cuttack . Injection suit is lifted conditionally . Please advice on my merit of case to get my own plot .
