my father took a privete loan of 2500000 from a financer at 4% interest per month. well he made an agreement of sale cum general power of attorney in his favour which is registered we paid interest till 6 months. Our original tittle deeds are with him only. now my father expired in december 2010. after the death of my father financer vacated all the tenents and locked the premises. we are ready for settlement with him but he is not entertaining us and he is harrassing us by sending antisocial elements to our house. iam from hyderbad A.P. Pls suggest a legl solution for the issue and i want to clarify 1 thing is the AGPA still valid even after my fathers death .

Hi, I am from delhi and own a home in delhi. The tenant staying in the home is adamant in vacating it.we are having a lease of 11 months with him but but he is refusing to vacate our home. Since sending him a court notice will take long time to vacate him (because of long time it takes to finish the hearings in court) we approached the nearby police station. When police called he said he will come there but never turned up. Even to the police he kept on saying he knows some powerful people and blahblah.. I want to know if we send him a court notice seeking his vacation, how long it will take for the proceedings to get over. Or Is there any rule in India in favour of house owners (recently i heard tenants have no right to deny vacating the house but could not remember it exactly). Will sending the court notice is a long term process or what are the tricky things we can mention in the notice we are sending? Fact: - We booked one flat, we have paid 80% -90% of the flat value. We entered in sale agreement on 22nd May 2009 & as per agreement, he supposes to deliver the flat by end of dec 2009. We did the sale agreement on Rs 10 stamp paper. Still he have not completed the flat & handed over the flat. We logged one complaint against to the builder at state commission. The complaint is accepted by court & it is running. Now court is given interim order on the said flat till the disposal of this case. My question is: - Since it is not a register sale agreement, Can he appeal for cancelation the agreement & can court cancel this agreement. Can Opposite party appeal high court to challenge the interim order in mid of this case. After final order of state commission, can the opposite party appeal at high court? After dispose the case at state commission, He can go high court or he has to go at national commission only.

sir i pay my pmry loan balance amount 1lak&28thousend in singal stalment as per advise of bank managar.but dose not return me my mark sheet & house pepar & noc.which he taken from me as a sequrty for loan.naw bank branch manager seys me your rc hase been isu before two years ago so you have 14 thousend rupees mor cradi in bank.but i have no information for isu rc.please suggest me what i do in this condication.
