dear sir this is krishna 1 st year LLB student from DU. sir my elder sister got married in 2005.after 2 years later her husband started torturing and behave cruelty with my sister. sometimes he slapped her without any reason. he said that time i do not like you. go to your papa home and do not come back. now my sister have a daughter. she is 3 years of old . my sister lives with my mummy papa along with her child about 3 years.sir please help me what is the legal ground to save the marriage or divorce and get maintenance. thank you.

Dear Sir, Recently I wanted to register a social and religious society in the state of Uttar Pradesh. I was denied by the Society Registrar Office, saying that religious societies are no more registered in this state. I wanted to know, is that true ? Is there any government order for it? Hi, I have a query. One of my friend is working in an MNC and is presently serving the notice period of 1 month. As per his company policy the quarterly bonus is paid in the 2nd month's salary after the quarter is completed. For example considering July, August & September as a quarter, the bonus of these 3 months would be paid in the month of November. But as he has resigned from the company and currently serving the notice period, will he be able to claim for the bonus if the company does not pay it?

I had given fees as well as documents related to case that needed to be filed in consumer court to a lawyer...It has been close to a year the lawyer has not filed the case, says he/she has sent notices to concerned and has recieved replys for the same however to to busy schedules has not been able to file the case....when i ask the lawyer for the case papers, refunding of fees and Cd's handed over he/she keep postponing it how do i make sure i recieve these case papers....matter to be filed in state commision as claim is worth 1cr...

i have purchased an illeagal constructed house at 20 years back with agreement of sale it is in grama kantam not registerd now iam in cont position my neighbour lodged a complaint in muncipality an illeagal constructed house that house is constructed in govt land near temple area they issued show cause notice actually it is not govt land muncipal authorities satisfide, now my neighbor lodged writin high court on that property as it is govt property to direct muncipal authorities to demolish , actually it is sold by his brother only with common passage and common wall . how to prove it is not government property ,actully who has to prove petitioner or respondent
