My grand father has agri-land property about 10 ackers and he has done hib of 06 ackers to his one son on 24.01.2011 . Rest of one son and two daughters are deprived from their share from that 06 ackers. After his death on 29.09.2011 we can to know that more than 50 % property has been transfers to one son. He is not intrested in to distribute the property equally to all siblingz. My question is can we challenge in court & under what ground and how much chances we have to get our share from that hiba property.

hi my name is geetha born on 1952 in karnataka. i want to know whether i would get equal share in my fathers property. i filled a suit on 1992 where court has given its verdict saying that we don't get equal right as it is an ancestors property in 2005. after the recent amendments in 2005 we again filled a new suit in 2008. till date no partition has happened and only preliminary decree has taken place and none of brothers have taken steps for partition and registration, know i want to know whether i would get share in my fathers property ? note: i was born in 1952.

hi experts my name is keerthiabishek ,i have a query regarding my grandmothers property last week she expired she is my mothers step mother and she didn’t write any will regarding the property .and the total property is in the name of my grandmother solely and what is the procedure for selling this property what all should be done for selling this property. The said property has been registered has gift to my grandmother .please help me in this regards.
