I booked a flat costing around 30 lakhs and paid first installment of around 8 .5 lakhs. After that the builder and land owner had some disputes and owner took away some land from the builder. So builder changed the boundary of the land. Am I entitled to ask for a curresponding reduction in the total price ?

i gave my property papers in favour of my relative company against performance bank gaurantee now validity of bank gaurantee expired and i refused to renew the bank gaurantee now bank not releasing my property saying dat ur relative should bring one more property to replace this property then only we will release ur property? my relative very angry with me not replacing my property wat is the solution to get back my property?

Dear Sir, My father was working in a pvt ltd company and he is expired on 2 July 2004. as per company rules we are entitled for Employees Deposit Link Insurance (EDLI) of Rs. 65000/- but we are unable to pay because the take the policy from EPF till 30 June 2004 and from 1 July 2004 they take the policy from Life Insurance Corporation of India Noida (LIC). EPF declined the claim due to the policy was closed and LIC is declined that the policy is not activated till 02.07.2011 due to the non clearance of cheque or so. Company is also not interested to give help for the claim. I was also go at Consumer court gautam budh nagar, Greater Noida for lodge the case but the lawyer is asking for insurance copy, Employment latter some of other documents which we dont have But I have a insurance Policy No. i.e. Master Policy No-EDLI-112757 (EPF A/c No-UP-13405/335)and he is also suggested me that go in civil court with complete documents. Could you advise me any suitable way / lawyer with fee details for lodge the complaint. I am not a rich person that why I am

hi i purchase a land in 2002 from my grand mother by cash, she received the property from her father by will & my grand mother expired on 2008 but now my grand mother's dauther claim in court for her share this is right or wrong. if right what i do.

Dear Sir, I have read your comment published regarding above subject on 28.10.2011. We are 4(2boys,2girls. Elder girl born in 1949. Another girl in 1960. When father died, land transferred to mother and 4children. 2006 mother died, then property transferred to 4children's name,but no partition yet.If now partition happened, is our elder sister equally get the share.SC verdict of Pushpalatha applicable to us? We are in Karnataka state. Please give some advice on this subject. Regards, T.s.p
