    In one of the response you have mentioned that in the case of usufructury mortgage where no time limit is mentioned to seek redemption, it can be redemed at any time. My question to you is if Usufructury mortgage deed says, Mortgage is for 3 years and also provides mortgagee should hold the property untill the payment is made. can we consider this as no fixed period for redemption?

    Dear sir My self Madhavan.G from karnataka ,studying for civils (IAS) ,my query is what are the relevant documents required to come under OBC. In my fathers cumulitive card issued by state SSLC board in 1969, caste is mentioned as Hindu(Satani) which comes under OBC in central as well as state .But my father as not made any caste certificate till now. I have also not mentioned my caste in my school days,but based on my fathers cumulutive card i made OBC certificate during my engineering admission and right now i have caste certificate issued by respective tahashildar of my area. Right now i am applying for Civils (IAS) whether the above documents is sufficient ? Should i tell my dad to apply for caste certificate based on his cumulitive card. how do come across caste validity certificate?

    sir My wife's father working as driver in a government office.He was absconted in 1990. Her family contacted officer for further proceidure. In the same time they had a problem that is another lady who claims nominee of the absconted person. the officer said to both, get the certificate from court then only we can deceided to forward the formality. My wife's family get FIR copy from local police station and order or certificate from court mention that the person who was not returned after 7 yrs declare as dead. So my wife family have legal hair certificate, police copy and court order. In this situation they are deceided to ask any settlement and job successor.I want to know if any certificate they will ask? we need succession certificate from court? how many days it will take?Ans for (i) i don't know the legal point for your first ?. please clear me (ii) No, she was dead 1997. legal heir also got it. (iii) yes, her father nominated her family in office regards. settlement and graduvity also not yet received. all was obstacled by that another lady. (iv) they have one land in city with building it was earned her father service only.recently my brother in law's are takenout from house loan paid the interest and other farmalities. they are rebuild one new house.younger brother and my wife given a release deed in the name of gift deed. (v). Now she want very eagerly to succeed the job. It is any possible. At what legal point is support for her to stand before the office people? (vi) her brother ready to give declaration also for job. What important paper need to get the job? Please .............(wife : Parvathi Haridoss)

    i had booked an apartment in 2007 and possesion was supposed to be in 2008 dec , but till date i have not recieved by apartment i had made excess payment before 2008 , 90% of the payment is done . 1)can i take this matter to consumer court if the value of the flat is more than 30 lakhs ? or please tell me how can i proceed as its already 2011 i have been losing on rent and increasing EMI
