Sir, i want to request you to guide me that what is the position of a passing off suit under Trade mark act filed by a unregistered trade mark owner against a registered firm using the same name for the purpose of same business.

in a land related problem(in 1995),high court ordered my father to go in lower court for the title suit.but now my father is not in this world.now(after a long period of 15 years),whether i can go for the title suit or not? what is the time bound to go for a title suit? is there any time bound for a civil case of 145 CRPC.? please reply in details..

Hello sir, I am Ravi from hyderabad. I need a small infhelp from you sir. I got a passport at the age of 7 with DOB 28-03-1990..But from my SSc all of my documents including date of birth cerificate has of DOB as 08-08-1990. My old passport expired in 2007. I applied for reissue of passport recently but the passport officer told me to get a court order due to change of DOB in my old passport and all rest of documents.Please help me how to proceed?

respected sir, parnam, 1> specefic relief act ke sec.6 ke under dayar suit me kya plaintiff tittle ke aadar par weklpik anutosh ki maang kar sakta h. 2> specefic relief act ke sec.6 ke under dayar suit me jab court yeh mane ki deffendant ne plaintiff ko suit dayar karne ki date se 6th month ke andar disspossassion nahi kiya h to kya court plaintiff ke favoure me tittle ke aadhar par wekalpik anutosh ki decree jaari kar defendant ko disputed land ka possession plainteef ko lotane ka order de sakta h .
