hello makkad sir, as per ur views and advice i could make out that i m quite safe to sell out my share of flats.what wud u suggest regarding my decision to sell out my flats.from legal point of view i suppose i m OK. kindly read my point of understanding the case and please reply accordingly as i have got a buyer.... pls sir its very urgent..Thanks nd regards

one of my friend who is working in the PWD state government office. As per some decisions of State govt he got ad-hoc promotion as a enginner under PWD dept in the Nov 2010 for 11 months without any recruitment Rules. In that 11 months office also not created any recruitment Rules within 11 months. he is qualified person. now state government is reverting back him under old post. so in the view of natural justice what will be remedy available with him? can he approch Maharashtra Adminitrative Tribunal against the reversion order ? is any same case citation is available for ready reference ? can govt revert him back in the December month i.e after 13 months ? (originally it was for 11 months ?? waiting for the reply soon .... regards

My passport was issued on 15-09-2008, but the problem was Date Of birth, place of birth was wrong at that time am applying. now am taken my birth certificate. so i can apply for re-issue the passport with correct details with the birth certificate or it can be change in my educational certificate then only i can change my passport ???. kindly suggest.

Just after 39 days after my marriage, i was told to move out of my house (by my mother & sister) with no prior discussions and with no clear reasons given. That time my father was alive; In July 2010, my father expired suddenly and now my brother in law is involved to keep me away from my house. As a legal heir, i need my rights to live in my house, or looking for the compensation (my legal share of property & for mental harassment ( to me, my wife & my in laws) & insults since 2006. I request your advice on the above, to proceed further
