After getting decree few persons involved in the matter from my family and wife family settled matter from out side court. From 2007 onwards we are staying in same house and we had kid born in the year 2008. I observed her behaviour changing (due to her extra martial affairs) .Now differences are heavy.I am not interested to staty this person.Because she is an affair with another person. I am having few whats app messages and voice notes with another man. From 2015 July onwards she is staying in Banglore city and I am staying in Andhra Pradesh nearly 200KMs distance. Now i am planning to ra-marry or Live-in relationship with another girl. Now my Ex wife telling if you re marry i will file case againest you in police station in different sections and try to threaten government job. I am having some legal questions in my mind. 1.Whether my Ex party decree still valid or Not 2.If my ex wife file case in PS, possibilities of what sections she may file case. 3.Before going to remarry what precautions i need to take. • sachin says : Exparte Divorce on ground of 1st motion held
Hi Sir, my query is regarding to Ex-parte divorce.Actually 10 oct-2014 we got married and separated on 19-oc-2014 i.e after 9 days only. we filed mutual divorce .our first motion was held on 19 dec-2015 but for 2nd motion we got 4th july 2016.that date lawyers got stick(Tis Hazari).so now our 2nd motion is decided on 14 oct-2016.in any case if she refuse/absent for 2nd motion then can i apply for ex-parte divorce ? As she is petitioner for this mutual divorce.she got some greedy tricks from her friend so they want to extort money from me. so that i came in mentally torture. she already put in first motion copy that she don't want any claim/maintenance from me in future. she also declared that she never filed any case on me but in actual she filed crpc-125 & domestic violance & women cell cases. so in this case what should i do sir..if she deny ..even she don't want to come back ..her parents also gave me affidavit that she has an extra affair & she is ruining my life. i have that original copy of affidavit.sir please suggest,She is working professional in airline with good salary.she is BSC,MBA & myself only B.TECH
