Sir, I just want to know if the SGBM has got the power/authority to waive off a members dues to the society. If this penalty is more than Rs.20,000/- and the person has been penalised for encroaching the property of the society. Can I take up this matter in court against the chairman

I am nilesh J khot. I had criminal case that was disposed ..on 21-04-2011. My lawyer didnt tell that . i got the court order on 16-12-2011. that order said this case going into under limitation(Police files chargesheet after 2 yrs ) thats why its disposed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Kolhapur. i already got the passport which is short validity passport i want to renew that one, should i submit the judgment copy in passport office? And i am worried that court case is disposed in 21-04-2011? so why status not changed ? It ok that i have only proof of court there no need to change website status ? Good Evening sir, I would like to know the procedure to cancel the above documents if we have signed with a party in relation to properties entitled to be inherited by myself. The assignment deed was signed way back in 2001, from that date onwards the second party has failed to take actions / pay us our appropriate shares in the properties. They have even got the signatures on the other documents mentioned above for various properties. Can they use this in their interest only and deprive us of our rightful share. They refuse to provide copies of any of the deeds signed with them. We have not received any compensations for the properties mentioned and we beleive that they have misused these documents for their own interest.
