My Grand Mother (Father Mother) got a cultivation land of 5 Akers in Bellary district (Karnataka) which she gave it to My father. It was registered on my Dads name in the year 1974.. after that my dad never went to check out that land or he did anything about it… Last few days back I went to Registration office to check details of that land which my father never checked since 1974 and what I found out is Some one called Mr.Uligappa got that land on his name in 1978 with the help of local Special tahaseldar and from that year (1975) its still on his name..
