  • Ganesh Narasimhan says : Capital Gains
Hi, I own two properties in pune and one property in bangalore (all apartments) . I am planning to sell both properties in pune and invest the combined sale proceeds into a single large property in bangalore. Can I avoid capital gains tax, if the newly bought property in bangalore costs more than total sale proceeds of the two pune flats?

THE MATTER POINTED OUT ,I THINK,NEED SOME MORE EXPLANATION IT IS KNOWINGLY THE OWNER AND DRIVER SERVICED THIS BUS . BUT M.V.I REPORTS THAT “ACCIDENT WAS NOT DUE TO ANY MECHANICAL DEFECT” .THE PURPOSE IS TO PROTECT THE OWNER FROM CRIMINAL OFFENCE .SO THE REAL BACK GROUND OF ACCIDENT ENDS HERE.IT IS BY THIS REASON THE NUMBER OF ACCIDENT LIKE THIS INCREASE ESPECIALLY IN THE STATE OF KERALA WHERE RASH DRIVING AND ATROCITY ON PASSENGERS BY BUS EMPLOYEES IS COMMON . THIS CAUSES THE DEATH OF SO MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE . MY INTENTION IS TO BRING THIS OWNER AND DRIVER TO BOOK.IT IS WITH THIS PURPOSE I MADE PETITION FOR RE-EXAMINATION OF MECHANICAL DEFECT OF THE VEHICLE . BUT COURTS DO NOT INTERFERE IN THE ENQUIRY STAGE.ON THE OTHER HAND,POLICE DO NOT GO ANY OTHER INQUIRY EXCEPT THE REPORT OF MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT.POLICE INQUIRY IS NOT MONITORED BY ANY BODY .SO, M.V.I’S REPORT BECOMES FINAL VERDICT AND ETEERNAL TRUTH. WHAT IS THE REMEDY? UMMER V VUMMERV@GMAIL.COM

  • Krishnaraj says : Can I move to Consumer Court
Dear Experts Kindly answer.. I have given my Car for service with one local mechanical person, and fixed a price of Rs-14,000 and with the commitment of delivery of car within ONE WEEK. however, even after THREE AND HALF months he has failed to delivery the car after many repeated calls and visit to his garage. Now I have lodged a complaint in the police station, and S.I called the mechanic and he said he will deliver the car within 2 days and the BILL has gone up to Rs-28,000.00 He has changed and replace many parts without my knowledge and raised the bill from Rs-14,000 to 28,000 without intimating to me. I have suffered a lot during this three and half months without the car and undergone lot of expenses towards travelling in auto rickshaw. Police asking me to pay Rs-28000 which he is cost of repair and take the Car. However he has agreed for 14,000 and without my knowledge now demanding Rs-28,000 which is Unacceptable. How do i need to proceed with this. Can i register a complaint in CONSUMER COURT. IF yes WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE for the same. Kindly advice
