Hello Sir, I have a query on sale of land, I got a buyer for my land, he said me to register the land in his name & he will pay amount in instalments in 4months. Because of some family issues, I want it to sale at the earliest. He told that he will write on the deed of sale that he has paid only 20% of the amount,rest he will pay within 4months in equal instalmets. Will I accept this proposal? OR I will take some other written receipts from him? Is it safe to accept and I will not face any litigation in near future? Please guide.

Me, Suresh, native of a village near Theni town (near Madurai) Tamil Nadu. In our 66 cents land we intend propose a DTCP approved house plot site. Our neighbour who is between the main road & our land laid an unapproved (shady deal with village president) layout & cut off the entry road which may otherwise extend into our site. How he cuts the continuity is: he reserves & owns a 3 feet strip of land running full length against our land. So to blackmail us to part our land to him, because without his linking this broken continuity we can't make our layout. Sir is this proper. Should we be made to submit to his force. Can't we utilise the common road which we also propose to extend so that the area develops. But our neighbour wishes to usurp our land. Please guide me sir

When my child was born, my in-laws told me that they want to keep my child as I m in job. Seven years have passed whenever I asked them to handover the child to me , they became arrogant & told me that they don’t want to handover the child to you. Pls note that I have not given any type of custody. My husband is also agreeing as per their wish. Pls help me how can I get my child back.

My Problem is My Dad has booked House at Rs. 28 lacs we have registered the house on 20th Oct 2011 and in the agreement the due date to vacant the house was 20th Jan 2011. We have Paid him Rs. 10 lacs by Cheque and we asked for Original docs but he was not ready to give it to us so we have not paid him the balance amount. Now the Owner is not vacating the house and he doesnt want to sell the house to us. Can you please guide...
