sir,mygrandfather aquired a property through partion from his brothers in 1957. my grand father,father and fathers brother made a partition in 1964. my father aquured 22 acres of land out of the total 50 acres.in that registered partition it is clearl mentioned that property is entitled to to my father and their children (me and my sister). but in 1988 withuot our consent and signature and no mention of our names either as minor nor major (we both were majors in 1988)he sells it . does that property sale need uor consent ,is that sale valid legally , do we have atleast 2/3 of 22 acres to fight legally. iam a hindu. my sister was married in 1985. kindly guide me

Action on Secretary of Apartment Owners Welfare Association. I am a member in our new apartment welfare association since 6 months in Chennai (TN). The Secretary is very very irresponsible and serves different menu for different people. The Secretary is very very short tempered and uses abusive language in you ask him any questions or does not listen to him. In short he is a HITLER type. Everyone is scared of the Secretary of the association because he is having close contacts with the builder of the apartment and is infact working for builder also besides his wife is owning the flat in the apartments. Recently I had serious verbal arguments with the Secretary because I got vexed up with this irresponsible behaviour. Since then he stopped talking to me. He (Secretary) avoids me. He also warned me that he will Cut Water Supply to my Flat and will not accept any Monthly Maintenance charges from me. I understand his mind and he is waiting for me for a default in Monthly Maintenance charges. He has told all people working / security / cleaning & maintenance staff in the apartment to neglect me. He started harassing me by not accepting Monthly Maintenance Charges from me. I am really worried with his behaviour. I informed to President of our association but he is help less because the Secretary is having close contacts with Builder as builder is owing 40 flats in the apartment. Please advise me what sort of action I can take on this Secretary of Apartment Flat Owners Welfare Association because he is not collecting Monthly Maintenance from me and threatening to disconnect water supply. Everyone supports Secretary because of his nature and close relationship with the builder. Please advice what action I can take on this Secretary of Apartment Owners Association. How I can protect my Rights without loosing my Self Respect. Thanks in advance. Manjunath Chennai

Hi, i am a 24 yr girl. Had gone fr a court marriage 6 yrs back. I dont have the papers and i m not sure if the papers are really valid because as many ppl have asked me i dont think it really got registered. And also we had gone for a marriage at d Arya Samaj mandir f which proofs are there. So i want to be out of this problem. So do i need to file a divorce. And what else can i do? Also he duznt luk ready to give divorce.

hi, My lawyers who has not done the mutation from past 2 years, is now saying that I am not present in hearing so the case is closed.And he has not informed me about any hearing date. And now our file is with court so he is not able to return the file also. - please let me know:- -Is there any hearing in court for the mutation process? - is it necessary to hire a lawyer for this mutation process. -can't I submit the application form with requuired documents to the Tehsildar for the mutation? Please reply.
