Raj G My cousin have narrated to the college management about every thing happend but the college management denied to give the originals. how can he get the certificates so that he can join the Job just by showing them only or just by giving them to the employer . dont he have a way to clear that

dear sir/madam, i am jamil ahamed lives in roorkee.in year 2011 my bill reading came 7000 units instead of 4000 units 3000 extra i went to the J.E. s office and said that my bill came wrong he said that it will be corrected , all you have to do is to give me "KHARCHA PANI" or otherwise u have to wait for a long time. i said that goverment is paying a good salary it is ur duty why are you asking for bribe, i am a army ex -personol i will not pay a single penny. i went to the SDO's office i told the hole story to him he said nothing than i went to the Executive Engineer's office the executive engineer corrected my bill, when i was coming from the executive engineer's office J.E. met me and said that "one day i will see you". on 01/02/2012 5 people came in to my house saying that they belong to uttarakhand Power corporation. one of them was J.E., they said that they want to check my house i said sure check it without any problem. they took pictures of my Electricity Meter and asked for the last paid bill of electricity i showed them the bill. after that they went away without any notification or anything. 27 days later on 28/02/2012 two policeman came and told my son that there is an FIR filed against me. a day later on 29/02/2012 i went to the policestation and asked them for what charges FIR is filed, the policestation incharge told me that FIR is filed by UPCL. in act 135. immedeatly i went to the electricity office and asked j.e. why did you file the FIR because i havenot done anything, if you have any proof. than show me. he said that fir is filed because you were thefting elctricity by means of KATIA straight on the LT line.i asked him why are u doing this he said donot talk to me anymore otherwise i will file a second fir aginst you this is india and whoever so in the power is the king overhere do what you can do,I will harash you agian and agin nothing can harm me.and gave me the assesment of RS 8684/- . immedeatly a day later i depositied the amouant because i do not want to get arrested by police i am a EX-army personol i cannot afford to go the policestation. when i was depositing the money, i also tried to submmit the PROTEST application aginst J.E Arora. but they denied the application by saying that we will not accept the application. sir i am preety sure that he donot have any proof like pictures of the thefting Katia straight on the lt line. and please assist me further.
