    dear sir/mam, actually me and my girlfriend hav been in a relationship for past 6 years...and we would want to get into marriage now.we both are hindus.however there seems to be resistance from the girls family. therefore i wanted your advice as to go with a arya samaj marriage or a court marriage.in case of court marriage is the family of the bride and groom sent notice?and do we have to serve a period of 30 days advance notice for court marriage?
