    my father and my 1stuncle purchase a plot 50 sq. yard in size, but my another 2nduncle lived there without my father signature on plot aggrement and my 1stuncle signed on agreement with 2 witness , without presenting my fatherand their signed, now we want our part of land measuring 25 sq. yard.... , so please tell me the next lgal procedure to take my land return.... thanks in advance....

    Dear Sir, As per tel .conversation with you,pls find my FIR filled scan copy of the same. Main points are : - My self from himachal pradesh.she is basically from bijnour but due her father job(My father-in-law),they are living at Faridabad haryana.Her birth place is bijnour. marriage happen at bijnour (U.P) her maternal uncle native place. I am working at Haridwar (uttranchal). She filled 498/406/506 and 125 also at faridabad (Haryana). Case of 125 maintenance is running in Faridabad Distt. court. As per attach FIR.what is %age of conviction ? I have decree of Sec-9 at haridwar.(She has not shown her presence in his case -as usual).But i have statemnt of her local post office that she has received our sent SUMMONS under Sec-9(By using RTI).It clearly means that she knows about the case. Now i want file quash/transfer petition for my 498 case in chandigarh high vourt (because faridabad comes under this). under the facts that as per my study pls "IN CASE OF ANY COGNIZABLE OFFENCE, IT IS MANDATORY FOR POLICE TO REGISTER THE COMPLAINT.IF THE CRIME DIDNOT OCCUR IN THE JURISDICTION OF THAT POLICE STATION, THEN THE CASE HAS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO COMPETENT JURISDICTION". I think my case must be transferred to either Himachal or Haridwar,because whetever crime etc happen (as per FIR) at haridwar or Himachal.Why it has not transfered along with this can i take any action againts IO(Investigation officer). and what about transfer of case.     My sister's bail in 498a was granted by High court, however due to some medical reason she could not go to the lower court to sign. After some time the duration got over and when we again moved the HC, they rejected it and asked to appear in lower court. We know we did wrong. Can we approach the supreme court for bail. I the main accused along with my parents have got the bail and the chargesheet was filed 9 months back. Or should we go to the HC again. Please advise this is very urgent. Thanks

    hello sir....i am a housewife now but planning to pursue mba in near future...i am 23 yrs old and have a 7 months old child. i want to file divorce against my husband due to verbal abuse in the past one year. he and his family have been trying to escape from my parents whenever we try to talk. i want to know if i can file divorce along with demand for alimony (dey hav good property) since i have to take care of my son's future as well as my education which will be expensive. also can u tell me how much time will it take for case to complete in both mutual or contested methods? bramhani.
