dear Sir, I have been living seperate from my wife for last 19 months. she let the house as she belongs to a very rich family and mine is a middle class family. She demanded that I should stay away frm my parents which I refused. I have a 2 year old son. 6 months back her lawyer sent me a notice that my wife wants a mutual divorce and when I met them she demanded monthly maintainenece equal to twice my monthly salary, ofcourse I refused it. for last 6months there has been no cummunication from their end. I need to know from you whether it makes any difference in terms of maintainence if I apply for divorce in court or she applies. also if u can advice something else based on ur experienc. thanks Jai

My query is that we have a case for partition suit filed in Sealdah Civil Court for partition, we got X Party preliminary degree and appoint commissioner for survey and partition but commissioner is delaying and not giving report from last 3 yrs,we have paid all the fees legally and non legally, but apart from that he is not giving any response, how i can take any legal action and how i can get information about the status from RTI prospective, Please help me soon Niraj jaiswal

sir can a case with IPC section 392/342/323/34 having 6 accused can be separated for one accused as the main accused is absconding n warrant is being issued . ? as the case is of year 2009 ....n this one accused have faced many rejection in govt service due to this police case ?
