Hi Sir, As my tenant left my home in Jan 2012 and after that in March 2012 he came to my home and said to vacate the house and he lodge the complaint in police station as we theft 1.50 lack worth gold and 50 thousand worth clothes. Police has inquired us so many times even though our neighbours also said to police that tenant left the home in Jan. However tenant has submitted fake rent receipt claiming that he was staying there in Jan 2012 , Feb and march. So just i would like to know that can we lodge complaint against fake rent receipt. Can we guess what would be the result???

my grandfather have a property 4000sq m he had 4 sons after his death property was owned by his wife and after her death the property goes to hr 4 sons equally divided by mutial family settlement my father is 1 shareholder of this property and he had 3 children 2 sons 1 daughter after my parents death the 2 brothers divided the portion between themselves in 2008 and i got married in 1993 and i was born in 1969, 6 months ago i came to know that they are selling off there property after this i claimed 4 my share in jan 2012 in kanpur court ....instead of filling case against 1 of my brother he sold some part of his property in march 2012 is it possible that i am filling a case againt them but instead of this he can sell some part?????????? what should i do know??????????? please reply me soon sir plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hi Sir, I am Tanisha from orissa. We have our own house in kolkatta. The house is in my father's name.My father is retired. he was working in RSP in Orissa. The problem is my mother's brother is taking care of the house as we were staying in orissa.He has kept that house as rent and he himself taking the money.When we asked them that we will be shifting to kolkata and want to stay there he is not ready to give. Not even ready to give any share.Give me some suggestion that what should we do which will be good.
