We are living in a rented house for the past 42years. My father intended to buy the property from the Landlord, and entered into an agreement to sale. where is the agreement, in the year 1985 specifies that he has paid some amount and the property would be registered after final settlement. But after which the land lord expierd (natural death)in a few months. The registration did not happen, since there children requested us to pay rent for some time and later would register based on the discussion with the other legal heirs. In the year 2009, they forcefully wanted us to vacate the house with support of local rowdies. We only have a copy of the sale agreement and the orginal is with the land owner's children who are dening the document. We approaced a lawyer and based on his advise we filed a injuction. for the last 3 years none of the legal heirs have come for hearing.. of late they informed us that the property has been sold. Kindly advise.

Hi.. We got married in 2008 January. My wife is rude and she is a house wife. She wanted to live close to her parents. Between 2008 and 2009 my wife attempted to move out saperately from my parents but I denied that and I came to London in 2011 January and it will be very difficult If I land here with family with out any arrangements for house and other basic things. So mutually discussed and she did agree that she will come and join me once I arrange all the basic facilities. But, after arranging all the facilities in couple of months, I did request my wife to come and join. Since then she is not showing any interest to come and join me. I did request her multiple times on this but no use. She wanted to keep my baby close to her parents and that is the reason she is not coming. few elder persons tried to convience her by mediation but she told them that I never informed her to come and join me. I have all emails that I sent her requesting to join me. she is threatening me that she will file a DV case if I force her to come. psycologically am soo disturbed and frustated with out seeing my baby. Is there any way that I can take legal action on her and will it help me in any way?

respected sir, information commissioner mrs annpurna dixit pass order out of rules, He pass that provice correct photo copy of available, when I demanded that I want certified copy of information, she said to me that this is the railway rule that if you want certified copy of your sought information, you pay Rs 750 per PNR no's, otherwise you can't use this fourm, I KNOW THIS IS OUT OF RULES, NOW I NEED YOUR PERCIOUS ADVICE,HOW TO GET CERTIFIED COPY, THANKS ANIL SHARMA
