    sir i need ur help i took a flat on rent previous year in aug. my landlordis not returning my advance 50000 he is saying that he had deposited my advance in bank for a fix deposit and return it in sep.i have to vacate this flat on 31 of july.what can i do sir he is not listening to me and saying that he will return only 25000

    Mr. Ajay had purchased Endowment policy for Rs.10 lakhs on 10/10/2010 He died on 5/4/2012 of a road accident .In the investigations During the claim inquiry it was revealed that he had also met a road accident in 2007 wherein he had minor injuries. This is not mentioned in the proposal form for the insurance. How would you as a insurer proceed for claim settlement ? is tehre is relevance of sec. 45 of the insurance act 1945.The policy is with accident benefit ??
