sir, i had twin daughters of about 2+ and my husband had beaten & tortured me very much and my daughters and is alcoholic and tobaccoo eater. since feb 2012, i am at my mother's home and there is no response from my in-laws till today. i had reside at my matrimonial home on seperate floor which is abt (3 crores) with my husband but owner of that house (3 story) is my mother-in-law and my husband is the owner of seperate flat whose monthly rent 4000/- is coming to my husband regularly. so what amt. should i ask to my husband and sir, is there any share in both the properties. now my husband trying to show that he has nothing to give me and for my twins. i have twin daughters. my monthly expenses are abt. 50,000/-.

hello sir, my sister has taken the eduction loan for his higher studies but after the education he has not get job right now.my father is retired man and i am also searcing for the job right now.Now some person has come to our house and threat to my father for the bank recovery.so kindly tell me in our constituion threatning is legal for the bank recovery or not.

Sir, With due respect , Would like to seek your kind advise regarding .. Case:- We ( around 25-30 people ) were recruited by a leading bank during our campus placements, but due to some internal issues between bank employees n bank, the employees filed a case in bombay high court as a result the court had put a ban on futher rercuitment n stay on the already recruited people. The details regarding such was not conveyed to us for long, as a result we lost 6 months after campus and itz still continuing, we are in no way responsible for such. Sir would like to seek your advice on follwing issues :- 1) Is there any way out to enter into the same case ....either by way of filing a letter to the bench conveying ,we people are the ultimate victims of the same case as such ban could have been for futher recruitment not for people already recruited . 2) Sir, some people who were recruited in the earlier camnpus though after the case but before the stay are already working with the Bank, and in our case too the stay came after our campus but immediately before our joining ..... please advise us on our further move ??
