Sir, pls give your valuable advice i am a regular teacher in private school since 1994. mine principal ordered me for doing bed degree for the larger interest of students as it was raised by cbse norma i joined a regular course in 2006-2007 without attending the college. But during the course I regularly attending my job. i only gave the examination of bed degree. after completion of bed course i submitted the bed degree to my principal, she admitted it. In 2oo8 my principal was changed, she inquired my documents also, I clarified all about it, she was satisfied at all. Now some out source person asked my bed degree through RTI act.I want to know whether is it legal actin against me any body can take place?

women with her 3 daughter harrashing us from last 8 years , we have approach to the landlord but he said that the woman is half mental ,from last 2 month they started sitting on staircase and beating my children age 9 and 11 and my wife , police complaint have been launch ,but police said it is just a n.c and the woma is sr. citizen , that why they are also not taking any action. plz help me out

I HAD GIVEN A PERSON 6 LAKH FOR LEASE OF A CAR FOR 3 MONTH. AND ALSO MADE AN AGREEMENT FOR 1.25 LAKH, IN WHICH IT SAYS 'WHEN THE CAR IS RETURNED BACK AFTER THREE MONTHS THE MONEY HAS TO RETURNED BACK'. & FOR REST OF MONEY A BLANK SIGNED CHECK OF SOUTH INDIAN BANK WAS GIVEN. AFTER 5 MONTH HE TAKEN BACK THE CAR & WHOLE MONEY WILL BE GIVEN BACK WITHIN 10 DAYS, BUT NOW 4 MONTHS ARE OVER AFTER HE HAVE TAKEN BACK THE CAR. AND THERE IS NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT OF THAT CHECK SO I WILL LIKE TO FILE A CASE. CAN I GIVE CASE WITH THE CHECK FOR 6 LAKH ? HOW MUCH TIME WILL THIS CASE MIGHT GO ON ? WILL I GET MY COMPENSATION ? WIL THERE BE ENQUIRY FOR SOURCE OF MONEY? PLEASE GIVE ME GOOD ADVICE FOR ABOVE PROBLEMS
