thnx very much..... sir plz tell me mobile recording is evidence? i hve solid proof in mobile recording. Her mother demand money, ab't no metter of dowry & one recording my bro-in-law say u nvr say my parents abuse lan & many more proof she is false.

We are logistic and transport service provider . On the request and behalf of our customer we have made payment to thier vendors thorugh our accounts . To do this we have official comunication from their officials and company e mail id . For this activities we have signed an agreement and sent to them but we did not get duly signed copy . but we have confirmation from their employees that they receive it and within short span they will send it back to us . Unfortunately few employee left the company for their own reason and few who dealt with us are still in the company . Now when we are asking our invested money then companys top officials are denying for payment and saying that they dont have as such agreement and only company s MD finance can sign and execute this kind of agreement. we have produced all the evidence ,communication proof , mail support and agreement copy to them but they are denying the responsibility to pay . I just want to ask in such case what legal rights we have against the company so that we can get our hard earned money back from the company.

Respected Sir, I am Sooraj.S. I have to correct the date of birth in CBSE [Central Board of Secondary Education] class tenth certificates. It is different from the original date of birth as in my birth certificate. According to cbse it has to be corrected within two years of passing.I am 2005 pass out. I have heard about some order from Highcourt testifying the date of birth correction. What are the general procedures to be done for getting the order .Now it is mandatory that all the documents must have the same date of birth for going abroad. I request you to kindly inform me about the court procedures and the related Legal Acts and Byelaws effective in this case. Yours Faithfully SOORAJ.S

Dear Sir, . The case is about a dispute between a husband and a wife for a property which was purchased jointly. 2. The wife never resided in that property, the property was rented and after the dispute between the husband and the wife, husband moved out to live in that porperty. 3. Now, the wife wants a partition of the joint property. How can the law of partition apply to this case when it is betwen a husband and a wife?
