Sir, I've a query regarding the captioned issue; some of my friend wants to invest money in a real estate project to be build up by his friends (a registered Partnership Firm). The project is going to start within a few months and he is going to invest Rs. 7,00,000/- against which he will get 15,00,000/- after completion of the project (within 18 months like that). Now my query is whether he can enter into an Investment Agreement with that Partnership Firm? if not what is the possible way out. Thanking you. Sir, My friend's wife lodged 498A,DCV,MC and interim MC against my friend.Recently the interim MC is disposed and award sum amount to her child and her. While prosecution is under progress she lodged a case conjugal right under section 32 against him to rebuild her family with him. What is the present situation and what happened whit this case to my friend. He does't accepted her to join his matrimonial home. Please give me a solution in this matter. and his parents and family members suffered a lot for the above said cases. Is there any chance to go for "Quash" for relief to his family members. Please give your valuable suggestions to my friend. Thanking you.
