Myself.christian,marthomite,DOB-31-7-1988, native -kerala,now working in Tamilnadu for past 1 month, would like to register my marriage with girl of same religion and same cast,who was born on 01-04-1991 and now working in Tamilnadu itself. Due to some family issues we want to keep this registration as secret from our family.It will be so helpfull for us if you provide legal advice.

I have a query and will be grateful if you can share your views on the same. I am the 3rd owner of a flat in a registered CHS and staying there since the last 18 years. The 1st owner who purchased the flat from the builder has it registered but the 2nd owner and myself have not registered the property (stamp duty has been paid in all the 3 transactions). Will there be any difficulty in case I find a buyer who wishes to avail of a bank loan, since the property is not registered?, Thanking you in advance.

Sir, I'm a guy with age 23 right now and my lover age is 21.. V have been loving for 4years.. Even knowing v both in love her parents arranging marriage wit another person.. thy calld me to their home to talk about our love.. i went and two persons who r non-relatives of my girl keep on treating me n tellg if u went silently tellg to tat girl good bye means we will leave you else v ll kill u and will torchure ur family .. In tat two persons one said ill kill you when returning to home itself wit politician power.. Another person is a forest ranger who telling ill involve in ur family n ll kill by a phone call illegally and i kw to legally also becz of his designation is forest ranger.. But tat girl said infornt of them all i'm loving him only and ill marry him only but her mom n mom's sister slapped her n locked in a room.. She was house arrested more than a week... Can u tel me on what kinds of act i can file case on those two persons...Pl help me
